My time with FULLFILL has been incredibly rewarding. I joined this health coaching startup as one of its first employees and I've been deeply involved with the program and product development from its inception. My wide range of responsibilities have included directly coaching members during the proof of concept phase, developing content and new hire training, facilitating training, managing the contact center operations, UI/UX design, graphic design, developing marketing materials, video production, project management, and much much more.

I began my time with the startup, Real Appeal, working as a Health & Wellness Coach. After only a few weeks, I was promoted and began working with the Training Department. I worked closely with the Product and Operations Teams—learning the different roles, and then building and facilitating training for many different areas. This role molded me into an operations generalist while also refining my instructional design and technical skills.

Together with my husband, we have run a thriving video editing and video transfer business since 2014. Building and managing the website for our business fueled my desire to learn more about UI/UX design and expand on my HTML and CSS coding skills.

Clinic Manager & Health Coach
After nine years in retail management, I wanted to move on to a role where I could help people. I accomplished that goal by working as a Clinic Manager and coaching hundreds of patients through their personal weight loss journeys and helping them improve their health and well-being.

THE RETAIL YEARS
Retail Management
I started my retail management journey in 2004 as a Lead Cashier for American Eagle Outfitters. After nearly three years with AEO, I moved on to spend the next two years as an Assistant Store Manager for Gap, Inc. I also had the pleasure of working as a store leader for both PacSun and US Polo Assn. before spending my last year working in retail as an Assistant Store Manager for Sears.
